Poets Of Central Elements
People who gravitate to poetry, who read it and truly appreciate it, are different.
Quite possibly even a rare breed. Words are used so frivolously nowadays that people
who seek out poetry, really read it because they have an inner desire to learn more
about language as an art form, and as a powerful medium. Not so much because they
are writers themselves, but because they have a void to fill. They romanticize ideas,
they are verbally gluttonous, they have opinions, and they are curious about how
other people use language to connect.
