How do I return or exchange an item?


1. Your satisfaction is very important to us! We guarantee that if your merchandise is damaged or broken, you can return it and get your money back.

2. Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date.

3. Packages must be returned prepaid. Central Elements will not accept any COD packages. Your returned item will be replaced or refunded to the credit card originally used. If you ordered by mail with a money order, a refund check will be issued. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

5. There are no refunds or exchanges for international orders.

6. Returned shirts must be in unwashed/unworn condition.

7. If you request an exchange for an item(s), standard-shipping rates will apply to the re-shipment. There will be no charge if we have shipped the wrong item or it is defective
