Central Elements Scenic Services is a group of highly skilled muralists, Decorative Painters, graffiti artists, Motion Picture set Painters, Scenic Artists and special fx makeup artists. We work in homes, commercial spaces and movie sets. We all share a love of creating beautiful art and can create anything you dream up and turn it into a reality.
